Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is dietary source of choline. 18:1-14:0 PC (1-oleoyl-2-myristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine) is an asymmetric phospholipid. It has an unsaturated acyl chain in thesn-1 position.
