General description

A weak inhibitor of the human and murine serine protease granzyme B. Also inhibits the apoptosis related DNA fragmentation in lymphocytes by fragmentin 2, a rat lymphocyte granule protease homologous to granzyme B (ID₅₀ = 300 nM).
