FastGene® Western Blot System Accessory Set: includes 1 x blot frame with electrodes, 2 x blot connector, 5 x blot sponge, and 2 x blot cool pack.

FastGene® Prestained Protein Marker 15 -130kDa (25µL Sample): a cutting-edge solution designed to streamline your protein analysis. With five distinct colors, this marker offers effortless size recognition, ensuring accurate and efficient identification of molecular weights on your SDS-PAGE gels and western blot membranes.

FastGene® MOPS Buffer Pouch (2 x Samples): Tris-MOPS-SDS buffer powder formulated for denaturing gel electrophoresis with FastGene® PAGE gels. The buffer is characterised by a very high resolution nevertheless a fast electrophoresis run.

FastGene PAGE Gradient Precast Gel; 10 x 8cm; 4 to 20%; 12 Well (2 x Samples): the perfect replacement for poured gels, facilitating lab work immensely. Due to the proprietary gel casting method, which is more uniform than any self-cast gel, the FastGene® Precast Protein Gels have the advantage of being more consistent, having therefore a much higher reproducibility. FastGene® Precast Protein Gels are available in a variety of homogenous and gradient gels. They are formulated for denaturing as well as native gel electrophoresis, depending only on the used running buffer. The gels are compatible with MOPS or MES buffer.

FastGene® Western ECL Kit (Sample): an enhanced chemiluminescent (ECL) substrate based on luminol. It is used to detect horseradish peroxidase (HRP) — conjugated secondary antibodies. The high femtogram or low picogram detection of antigen is enabled by FastGene® Western ECL Kit brilliant sensitivity and long signal duration. This long chemiluminescent signal duration makes it possible to detect signals on both digital and film-based imaging systems without any loss in signal intensity. Appropriate primary and secondary antibody dilutions are suggested for attaining optimal signal intensity and duration.

FastGene® Block & Go (50mL Sample): a blocking solution as well as signal enhancer in Western blot analysis. It provides blocking and primary and secondary antibody hybridisation in one step. Furthermore, it enhances the signal developed with HRP (horseradish peroxidase) or AP (alkaline phosphatase) substrates. FastGene® Block & Go reduces time and labour-intensive Western blot procedure.
