Biochem/physiol Actions
Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11 (MAP3K11), also known as mixed lineage kinase 3 (MLK3), phosphorylates c-Jun N-terminal kinases. It acts as a modulator of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway. The protein is associated with various cancers.

General description
Anti-MLK3 Antibody detects endogenous levels of total MLK3 protein.
Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 11 (MAP3K11) or mixed lineage kinase 3 (MLK3) possesses an amino-terminal Src-homology-3 (SH3) domain followed by a kinase domain, a leucine-zipper region, a Cdc42/RAC interacting motif (CRIB) and a carboxy terminal proline/serine/threonine-rich domain. The gene encoding this serine/threonine protein kinase is localized on human chromosome 11q13.1.
Immunogen
The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human MLK3.Immunogen Range: 640-689
Physical form
Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
