Specificity

This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Rat IgG coupled to agarose beads. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against Anti-Chicken Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum.
