Immunogen

peptide corresponding to amino acid residues 84-104 of rat NGF (precursor). The sequence is identical in mouse and 16/21 residues identical in human.

Lyophilized from phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 1% BSA and ﹤0.1% sodium azide

Preparation Note

Reconstitute the lyophilized vial with 0.2 ml deionized water.

Specificity

Does not cross react with pro-BDNF, pro-NT-3, or mature NGF.
