General description
The Molarmatic measuring cylinders are conveniently designed graduated cylinders that have a general-purpose 350 mL graduated scale on one side and a 1 to 3 Molar scale on the other for making standard acid solutions. These graduated cylinders eliminates repetitive Molar calculations and potential errors. Just fill the cylinder to the desired Molar concentration mark with concentrated acid and pour the measured amount into 1 L water. The low profile cylinder shape is stable and fits easily into glassware storage cabinets. Cylinders are Class A with permanently etched graduations in 5.0 mL increments, calibrated "to contain".Note: The set (Z683760) contains one of each acid measuring cylinder in a foam-lined plastic storage case.
