Stainless clips intended for closing wounds following surgery as an alternative to suturing. They are applied from a magazine which holds a supply of 100 clips ready for use. Squeezing the side members of the applier clips one clip over the wound and the next is then ready for use. The staple-like system is very fast and convenient. Wound clips are autoclavable.
