Qsep1 Bio-Fragment Analyser

The Qsep Bio-Fragment Analysers replaces old-fashioned, labor-intensive gel analysis of DNA, RNA and proteins. The single-channel capillary electrophoresis (CGE) system automates sensitive, high-resolution analysis. Ready-to-run gel cartridges allow samples to be analysed with a minimum of hands-on interaction, reducing manual handling errors and eliminating the need for gel preparation. Intuitive Q-Analyzer software ensures convenient analysis and documentation of data. Qsep series can not only replace the complicated and time-consuming gel preparation and analysis procedure, but increase the accuracy of analysis, elevate efficiency and reproducibility, and reduce the human error and costs.

Four models are available:

• Qsep1: For 1 to 8 samples (1 channel)
• The smallest/portable-sized capillary electrophoresis Bio-Fragment Analyser for DNA, RNA and protein.
• Qsep1 is ideal for small laboratories with low throughput (1 to 8 samples) needs.
• Comprised of a capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) core integrated with a high sensitivity LED-induced fluorescence (LEDIF) detector and 1 to 8 well auto-sampler. The replaceable gel-cartridge automatically regenerates the capillary gel between runs and can be used for up to 200 sample injections providing robust and superior results for all kinds of molecular genetic analysis applications.
• Qsep1 with variety of replaceable gel-cartridge kits is specifically designed for DNA, RNA and Protein analysis providing reproducible and accurate test results in matter of seconds.
• Qsep1 comes with Q-Analyzer software which has a simple-to-use User Interface (UI) that delivers consistent and high-precision data analysis and data export functions helping users to turn molecular biology into ″Moving″ biology.
• Qsep1-Plus: For 1 to 16 samples (1 channel)
• The smallest/portable-sized capillary electrophoresis Bio-Fragment Analyser for DNA, RNA and protein.
• Qsep1-Plus is ideal for small laboratories with low throughput (1 to 16 samples) needs.
• Qsep100 2.0: For up to 96 samples (1 channel)
• Standard-sized capillary electrophoresis Bio-Fragment Analyser for DNA, RNA and protein. The updated version of the Qsep100.
• Supports from 1~384 sample(customised) capacity and high sample flexibility.
• It is is a small, simple and user friendly bench top capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE) system integrated with a high sensitivity LED-induced fluorescence (LEDIF) detector with an easily-replaceable gel cartridge and 96-well auto-sampler. The 150mm long capillary mounted into the cartridge contains a gel matrix that is replenished from the top reservoir of the cartridge automatically between sample runs. The reservoir provides sufficient gel for up to 200 sample injections providing robust and superior results for all kinds of molecular genetic analysis applications.
• Qsep100 2.0 with variety of replaceable gel-cartridge kits is specifically designed for DNA, RNA and Protein analysis providing reproducible and accurate test results in matter of seconds.
• Qsep100 2.0 comes with Q-Analyzer software which has a simple-to-use User Interface (UI) that delivers consistent and high-precision data analysis and data export functions helping users in their daily molecular biology experiments.
• The updated version 2.0 not only delivers reliable performance but also introduces several important improvements, including a modernised design, reduced sample input volume: 0.2mL PCR tube now requires only 10µL, compared to the previous 20µL, and a wider sample door and built-in lighting inside the unit, allowing customers to clearly view the tray and sample status during operation.
• Qsep 400: For up to 96 samples (4 channels)
• 4-channel Bio-Fragment Analyser suitable for medium and large-sized laboratories and features higher throughput and faster analysis time.
• Qsep400 has the highest throughput in the Qsep family. The 4-channel instrument is designed as a 4-capillaries gel electrophoresis (CGE) system, integrated with a high sensitivity LED-induced fluorescence (LEDIF) detector with an easily-replaceable 4-channel gel-cartridge and 96-well auto-sampler, which can analyse/detect four samples at the same time.
• Designed for large sample volumes. The high-throughput system provides high-speed analysis, superior results for all kinds of molecular genetic analysis applications.
