Corning^® 96 well half-area microplates support various application requirements. Black microplates reduces background and light scattering, resulting in higher signal-to-noise ratios. Designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk. Non-treated polystyrene surface is suitable primarily for the immobilization of large molecules, such as antibodies. The flat bottom is usually the best choice for detection.

General description

Unique half area plates can help save on rare and expensive reagents by reducing the amount of reagent needed per well, while still being readable by most standard plate readers.
