ThermalSeal® films, classic has been used for the covering of 96-well polypropylene microtitre plates to test urinary iodine.
General description
A 50 µm heat-resistant polypropylene sealing film with a 25 µm layer of acrylic adhesive designed for thermal cycling applications. Each sealing film measures 79.4 x 137.8 mm and offers sufficient sealing area for all PCR plates. Length between the perforations with end tabs removed is 123.1 mm. ThermalSeal sealing films are not pierceable. For applications where piercing with pipet tips or robotic probes is required for product recovery, use AlumaSeal® sealing films. For real-time PCR applications where maximum optical clarity is required, use ThermalSeal RT sealing films.Features and Benefits heat resistant, recommended for temperatures from -40 °C to +120 °C easier to apply than aluminum foils, no tendence to roll back certified DNase-, RNase-, and nucleic-acid-free
