NRSII™ TRANSWAB® is a novel design with a pre-immersed, ready-to-use swab, within a self-standing tube. ISO 18593:2018 provides important guidance for sampling and testing of surfaces using a neutralising rinse solution in the food chain environments for microbiological safety, which is also relevant to healthcare settings as well. For surfaces which require to be sterile or hygienically clean are tested for the presence or absence of microbes.
