General description

HiTrap Capto Butyl ImpRes is a ready-to-use column prepacked with BioProcess Capto Butyl ImpRes media for screening and small-scale protein purification using hydrophobic interaction chromatography. Prepacked columns for screening of selectivity, binding and elution conditions, as well as small scale purifications. High-throughput chromatography medium for intermediate and polishing steps in a downstream protein purification process. Excellent chemical stability allows cleaning with all standard CIP solutions, including 1 M sodium hydroxide. High binding capacity, high flow rate, and low back pressure reduces process cycle times and improves productivity at process scale.
