Principle

TRANSIA^™ PLATE Listeria is an ELISA test (Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay) based on a two step sandwich-type reaction. The solid support of the reaction is a microtitration plate with dividable microwellstrips. Specific antibodies of flagellar antigens are grafted on the microtitration plate wells.
