Thermo Scientific SureSTART 0.3mL clear conical PP insert; with PE polyspring ; Level 2 High-throughput Applications

Choose Thermo Scientific™ polyspring plastic inserts with 2mL screw, crimp, or snap HPLC and GC vials to maximise injection volume when analysing 2 mL samples. The integral polyspring at the bottom of the insert centers the insert in the vial, ensures a good seal with the vials' cap, and provides a cushion against needle contact. These plastic inserts have a small total volume capacity of 325µL and a minimum residual volume of 2µL. When placed and sealed inside a 2mL vial, microsamples can be used in conventional autosampler trays. Performance Level 1 products are cost-optimised and designed for everyday chromatography analyses. They are Specification Certified to ensure physical dimensions.
