The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 5-10 µg/mL of sample. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

General description

The antibody DC-10 reacts with Cytokeratin 18 (45 kDa). Cytokeratins are a member of intermediate filaments subfamily represented in epithelial tissues.

Keratin 18/cytokeratin 18 (CK18) is a structural protein. It is present in single-layer epithelia. It is located on human chromosome 12q13.
