Application
Anti-TUSC3 antibody has been used in immunohistochemistry, immunoblotting and co-immunoprecipitation.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Tumor suppressor candidate 3 (TUSC3) is a tumor suppressor gene, that is responsible for autosomal recessive mental retardation. It participates in catalyzing the transfer of a 14-sugaroligosaccharidefromdolichol to nascent protein. Absence of TUSC3 is associated with lymph node metastasis in larynx and pharynx squamous cell carcinomas.
