Corning^® 96 Well Half-Area Microplate untreated polystyrene surface (hydrophobic) enables biomolecules binding. Opaque black polystyrene walls. Without lids; recommended working volume of 25 to 125 µL Lower background fluorescent and reading below 340nm. Minimal well-to-well crosstalk during fluorescent assays. Applicable for both top and bottom reading instruments. Binding capacity of approximately 100 to 200ng IgG/cm². Standard microplate footprint and dimensions format. Clear polystyrene enables visual clarity in fluorescent and luminescent measurements.
