Primary Targetmu opioid

General description

A potent antagonist highly selective for µ opioid receptor (K_i = 0.96 nM for µ receptor and >10,000 nM for δ receptors). Often used for studying the functional roles of µ opioid receptors in both central and peripheral nervous systems.
