General description

Epidermal growth-factor receptor (EGF-R) conserved sequence which is identical to v-ErbB (95-102). An N-terminal myristoylated membrane-permeable, reversible, and substrate competitive inhibitor of protein kinase C (IC₅₀ = 5 µM).
