General description

Fluorogenic substrate for isoenzyme A of N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (hexosaminidase A). Can be used for the prenatal diagnosis of Tay-Sachs disease and for the classification of GM₂ gangliosidosis genotypes.
