General description

Highly specific, cell-permeable, reversible, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of protein kinase G (K_i = 234 nM).

Highly specific cell-permeable, reversible, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of protein kinase G (K_i = 234 nM). Inhibits protein kinase C (K_i = 4.0 µM) and protein kinase A (K_i >10.0 µM) at higher concentrations.
