Solstice Advanced Materials was created through the spin-off of the former Advanced Materials business of Honeywell International Inc., announced on 8th October 2024, and completed on 30th October 2025. Its portfolio includes industry-leading brands such as Hydranal™, Fluka™, Spectra®, Burdick & Jackson™, and more.
What’s staying the same:
- Legal entity & personnel
- Full product offering: formulations, grades, specs, catalogue numbers
- Production sites and processes
- Quality assurance
- Commercial processes: price files, Live SPQ, VSP
What’s changing:
- New name: Solstice Advanced Materials
- Updated branding & new brand architecture, featuring flagships like Hydranal
- Product labels updated: Honeywell → Solstice Advanced Materials
- Supporting documents updated: CoA, SDS, COO, invoices, etc.
- Same trusted products, now under a fresh new name!
Starting on 26th December 2025, customers will begin to see updates to the SDS, ASIS and GHS Labels. Other labelling changes will follow, and we will provide details when these are planned to occur. In the interim, please be assured:
- Solstice packaging is the same as prior Honeywell packaging with adjustments only to company identification where needed.
- You will continue receiving the same trusted materials with no changes to product content or quality.
