Office Hours:
- Tuesday 16th December - Tuesday 23rd December: Business as usual, 8:45am–6pm.
- Wednesday 24th December (Christmas Eve): Open from 8:45am - 6pm.
- Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day): Closed
- Friday 26th December (Boxing Day): Closed
- Monday 29th December: Open from 10am–3 pm.
- Tuesday 30th December: Open from 10am–3 pm.
- Wednesday 31st December: Open from 10am–3 pm.
- Thursday 1st January 2026 (New Year’s Day): Closed
- Friday 2nd January 2026: Business resumes as usual from 8:45am – 6 pm.
Note: Regional offices may vary.
Deliveries:
- Normal delivery services will continue until Tuesday 23rd December, with a standard shipping window of 2–3 days from the order date.
- The last dispatch of cold items will be on Wednesday 17th December, also with a 2–3 day delivery allowance.
- On the 27th, 30th and 31st December, we will only be processing critical orders, which must be placed by 12 noon for same-day dispatch. If you need to place a critical order, please contact us on 0115 982 1111 to ensure your request is actioned promptly.
