PKH26 Reference Microbeads has been used:as an internal counting control in flow cytometric acquisition and analysisfor viable cell count analysis of fibroblastsfor measuring the leukemic cell count by flow cytometry

General description

PKH26 Reference Microbeads have a fluorescence intensity and light scatter characteristics similar to PKH26-labeled leukocytes. The reference microbeads are impregnated with PKH26 dye, then carefully formulated as a suspension to serve as a fluorescence intensity and count standard.
