Biochem/physiol Actions

Id3-2B11 recognizes Id3, a 14a protein that is a member of the Id family of helix-loop-helix proteins. Id proteins are believed to be dominant negative regulators of bHLH proteins involved in cell differentiation and implicated in the control of cell growth, cellular differentiation, apoptosis and carcinogenesis.
