General description

PRKY is a novel serine/threonine subtype of protein kinase that appears to encode a protein related to the catalytic subunit of the cAMP-dependent protein kinases, which are key players in the cellular responses to the second messenger cAMP.

Immunogen

PRKY (NP_005035, 22-56)This antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide selected from the N-terminal region of human PRKY.
