P2 Protein Cartridge is the best tool for analysing protein sample size and purity. It can not only replace the traditional SDS Page, but provide user with more accurate and detailed fragment information. Prior to the analysis, the sample needs to be labelled with fluorescent to increase the detection sensitivity. The analysis time varies based on the protein size. Samples within 155kDa take about 7 minutes to finish the whole process.

  • Analyses protein sample size and purity with higher sensitivity and resolution
  • Analysis size range is 11 to 155kDa but the detection range is 11 to 660kDa
  • Qsep100 Advance and Qsep100 2.0 Advance are the recommended platform for detecting fluorescent-labeled protein sample
  • Each cartridge can analyse 100 runs for single-channel cartridge or 400 runs for 4-channel cartridge
