S1 High Resolution Cartridge together with the quantitative marker makes an excellent total solution. The fragment sizes and relatively accurate quantitative results can be obtained in one run. The advantages include separating two DNA fragments similar in size and providing highly accurate fragment sizes. With the help of the calculation, not only the total concentration but also the individual fragment concentration can be provided.

  • Fragment sizes and relatively accurate quantitative results can be obtained simultaneously, extra time and cost for quantitative analysis can be saved
  • Not only the total concentration but also the individual fragment concentration can be provided
  • Analysis time is about 3 to 5 minutes, and the best resolution is 1 to 4bp if the sample size is less than 500bp
  • Each cartridge can analyse 200 runs for single-channel cartridge or 800 runs for 4-channel cartridge
  • Can be stored at 4 to 27°C and is valid for 6 months
