General description

TSKgel Guard cartridges require a holder, which is sold separately. For 2 mm cartridges, the holder is Part No. 819308. For the 3.2 mm cartridges used to protect 4.6 mm columns, the holder is Part No. 819018.Reversed-phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) is the preferred method for analysis and purification of polar and nonpolar compounds that are soluble in mixtures of water and organic solvents.

Highly cross-linked polymethacrylate base material of TSKgel Octadecyl-4PW provides excellent stability in high pH buffer systems and can withstand rigorous cleaning with either acid or base. The 500Ã pore allows for anaylsis of proteins up to 200kDa while the particle size offerings allow for analytical, semi-preparative and preparative scale separations.
